Each room at Country Comfort Armidale includes a flat screen TV, ironing facilities, work desk, refrigerator, toaster and a microwave together with a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. An on-site restaurant The Cottage, is available for guest’s convenience in the 110-year-old, fully restored, converted home. The restaurant is an example of early Victorian architecture and features a warming open fireplace, stained glass windows and traditional covered verandah. Trading is from Tuesday to Saturday. A guest laundry is available with both washing and drying facilities. Room Service available for Dinner only, Tuesdays to Saturdays.

“Great spot in Armidale for a stop over.”
A very spacious and well equipped room - really almost self contained. Easy access and a separate guest lounge with a fire place for comfort, very good restaurant next door and easy access into town. Excellent host and safe car park,

“Good Location, free car parking, friendly staff and good restaurant next door”
The room was spacious , we had a 2 bedroom family room. Upstairs, no lift, free carpark on site. Bed was comfortable. Heating worked well. Bathroom updated and plenty of hot water. Location was good, near food outlets and not far from Aldi. Staff at reception was super helpful and recommended the cafe Restaurant next door. We had a really lovely meal on this recommendation.

“Highly Recommended”
Our twin room was really comfortable with quality furnishings, linen, & toiletries. On arrival, we were given 2 little bottles of fresh milk (not the yucky, very small UHT pods). There was a microwave, toaster & jug on the bench and also some packs of little gourmet biscuits and good quality tea & coffee supplies. Crockery & cutlery were supplied.
