“Ellie was a wonderful, friendly & helpful host of this cosy, clean & comfortable motel unit.”
Exceptionally cosy, clean & quiet. A shoes-off unit, which helps keep it so clean. A big tray inside the door, to leave dirty shoes. Carpet nice to walk on. Booked one night, but went straight out to book a 2nd. Short walk into Armidale CBD.

Everything better than we expected very comfy bed, Quiet room and very helpful staff. Dinner recommendation was excellent. Just as we drove Off the manager alerted us to the fact that we'd Left our ipad behind. Very happy to retrieve it.

“A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Armidale”
Motel surrounds were neat and tidy and well presented, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shopping and Armidale CBD. Our host made us feel welcome and was very helpful with local information during our stay. Our room, along with the rest of the property, appears to have been refreshed in the last few years and our room was very well fitted out with a comfortable king bed and furnishings. Highly recommended.
