Perfect for our stay to visit family. Great location. Cabins are a good size lots of space. Beautiful gardens with lots of birds around. Friendly staff.

“thoughly enjoyable”
We were in Cabin 164 and all the taps require someone to replace all the tap washers as it was necessary to turn all the taps off very hard to stop them dribbling. Other than that, the unit was great

“Just needs some maintenance.....”
The cabins were spacious and air-conditioned. There was an electric blanket on the Queen bed. There were plenty of machines in the laundry and a great northerly communal drying space for washing.

“Not the fanciest caravan park, but the family cabin was spacious and clean.”
The freedom of the caravan park. The kids roamed, found friends, played on the tennis court and in the pool. The rooms were fine. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Communal laundry was useful.

The comfort of the room exceeded our expectations and the size of the villa made for a healthy shared space with the family. The BBQ space was excellent, especially that it was superbly cleaned. All in all, this was the perfect choice for our visit to Armidale, and we will definitely be booking in again.

Easy check in and out, was easy to drive to town. Would have been great if was cleaner and maintained a bit more. Everything is a bit run down.
