Home Appart is an ideal location in Northern France from which to make various excursions, including Arras and Lille. Armentières itself also has a beautiful Belfry not far from Home Appart. Although this accommodation is located on the main street of the municipality, you will not be bothered by heavy traffic. However, nearby bakeries and other shops ensure that you do not have to use the car. There is also a playground 200 meters away in a quiet residential area. As we were travelling with different families, we needed two flats, but they were only a few house numbers apart. Both apartments have been very recently renovated and offer a lot of space and comfort, including a spacious refrigerator with large freezer compartment, plenty of equipment for cooking and eating and each with an outdoor terrace. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living areas and terraces were neatly maintained and radiated reliability. Moreover, we were very kindly received by the friendly Patrizia who, in addition to all practical accommodation information, also provided some travel tips for public transport and offered a free baby cot for the smallest of our group. In short, a great location to enjoy a carefree weekend or longer in 'le département du Nord'.
