Our room was cool and spacious. Christina was an excellent host, offering us several great suggestions for walks and activities. The breakfast was authentic and generous - fresh local pastries and breads, fruit, walnuts, yoghurts, cheeses and meats and plenty of juice, coffee or tea. The location worked well - the property is in a large village in the hills above Lake Orta. It was a very traditional village and we liked being away from the busier tourist area. There were many beautiful walks in the area and it was easy to drive to the lake and other villages.

The location worked well - the property is in a large village in the hills above Lake Orta. It was a very traditional village and we liked being away from the busier tourist area. There were many beautiful walks in the area and it was easy to drive to the lake and other villages.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, beautiful, and cozy. The main purpose of our trip was to visit Lake Orta, and we chose this place to relax in a quiet. Despite the heat, the room had a comfortable temperature. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept really well. Every morning we had a breakfast - cookies, croissants, and bread with butter, jam, or honey. So, everything was perfect!

The host, the place, the environment and also the breakfast were just wonderful. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, as we were travelling through, but it is a place to stay longer for sure.

This is the best B&B we visited until now. Cristina is a super friendly host. The room was wonderfully air conditioned super clean and comfortabel. Bathroom super clean and the breakfast we got served in the morning was beyond expectations. Highly recommended, bravo Cristina!

Cristina was an excellent host and provided us with everything needed.We were in the morning a little bit lazy so we didn't really get up on time for the breakfast but she prepared everything and put it on the table salon for us to eat when we get up.Very clean the apartment and very close to Orta Lake and Maggiore Lake also if you have a car.If not..it a little complicated because it's not a walk road to visit the region.Parkings spots are in front of the building and also at 2 minutes of the building free of charge.Little town very quiet and nice.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice and very clean. New bathroom. Christina gave us tips for sightseeing. She is a great host. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

It is a modernly renovated old house in rhe old town of Armeno. It is close to orto . The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower very good. The breakfast was nice and the owner provided gluten free products when requested.

Armeno is a very quiet and peaceful town. Very close to the beautiful town Orta San Giulio and Lake Orta. Clean and comfortable apartment was equiped with everything you need. The owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied. I really recommend this place.
