“If you are coming to sleep at this hotel- maybe choose another hotel!”
This boutique hotel was positioned in a nice part of town with cafes and a park nearby. The Room was little on the small size but had a nice view of the street. The main areas were nicely decorated and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a limited selection but was very tasty.

“Nice accommodation in Armenia”
The hotel is well located in the northern side of the city. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great, many options to choose from.

“Not restful but surrounded by very kind staff”
Staff were very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is great next to the Parque de la Vida, deco in common areas is very stylish. Deco in room is basic but modern. Bed (twin room) was small but confortable.
