“Relaxing paradise to be close to nature!”

Feels like a paradise, very secluded, but also close enough to some restaurants and bars and supermarket. Staff are lovely and do everything to ensure your stay is amazing. Breakfast is great and there is food and drink onsite if preferred. Gorgeous wildlife, you feel super close to nature! “Disappointment”

• The location. 10min drive from Armenia Aeroport. • The room on the 1rst floor. It is actually the only room that it is ok in the hole house. It is kind of a suite with nice view. It is very old but charming. • The plants, animals and birds in the house.

Knowing that this hotel is operated by the same company behind the equally wonderful Hotel La Sofía made the decision even easier. That level of consistency and quality truly shows. From the very first moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm, safety, and genuine warmth. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery, quiet paths, and elegant architecture that feels timeless and intentional. Every space, from the peaceful pool area to the charming rooms and common areas, invites you to slow down, breathe, and truly relax. One of the most important aspects of my stay was how safe and secure I felt at all times. The environment is serene, well cared for, and located in a quiet, family-friendly area, making it perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. You can genuinely disconnect and feel at ease here. The service deserves the highest praise. The staff are exceptional, kind, attentive, and deeply human. Every interaction felt sincere, never forced, and always thoughtful. The food was another highlight, fresh, comforting, and prepared with love. Each meal added to the overall feeling of nourishment and tranquility that defines this place. And then there is Valentina, the soul of Hotel Chalet El Castillo. I truly struggle to find words that do her justice. Valentina is one of those rare people whose kindness, compassion, and presence you feel immediately. She leads with heart, passion, and authenticity, and it reflects in every single detail of the property.

Wonderful place. Beautiful surroundings and great comfortable room. Great pool! And hummingbirds around! Good restaurant nearby and supermarket. Absolutely safe place. Valentina and her staff are wonderful!! Very serviceoriented and very helpful with organizing tours etc!! Good laundry service as well! Thank you Valentina!!

Everything, the staff were very kind, always looking after us and making us feel at home. The location was perfect, and the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing. The staff were really lovely and made us feel so welcome. The pool was great too. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and attentive, they provided everything we asked for. Breakfast was very tasty and just in time.

The property was very comfortable, in a great location and with great taste. On top of that we felt home, the staff was very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed during our stay, including recommendations for plans around our interests (biking, running and adventure).

The host, Victoria, was very kind and welcoming. The whole place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and spacious! The grounds were lovely and the building was maybe colonial style. Food was great too! Everything was perfect.
