Good room for a couple of nights, no air con but the fan was more than sufficient. The smart TV features didn't work on the TV in our original room, so they kindly let us move rooms. Was good to be able to sit out on the terrace too.

Nice stuff. We were able to store our lagguage. Room looks nice, but not much space.

The location was great. Just in front of a pedestrian area that connects two important parks of the city. Also, there where several restaurants and shops nearby.

Really lovely small hotel with about nine rooms perfectly located between Armenia's two squares on a lively pedestrianised street that's welcoming well into the evening but quiets down by 11 so you can sleep. Tastefully recently renovated, good beds and bathrooms plus a nice shared patio and fast WiFi. The hosts/owners and the rest of the staff are lovely and helpful as well. I wouldn't consider staying somewhere else if I returned to the city.

Nice place

The staff, especially the woman, was soooo incredibly nice. She really made us feel safe and welcome. We could do our laundry there as well, which was very relieving for us as backpackers. But again, the woman at the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly! The water filter was really nice too, as well as the free coffee.
