“Exceptional stay!”
Our stay was above any expectations. The care and warm welcome of our host was exceptional. House was spotless clean and spacious. Lovely garden and very tasty breakfast. We totally recommend this stay, 10/10!!

“A comfortable stay in Armenia”
We got the whole little apartment to us, and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. There was a kitchen and two big beds in the room. We got hot water from the shower. The host Monica was super helpful and nice. The breakfast (additional) was delicious.

Monica has been very attentive, making sure I have a comfortable stay. The accommodation is spotless, and the location is truly beautiful. I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

Nice garden. Friendly owner. Huge room with a kitchen and a loud fridge. Everything is a little bit basic but if you want a quiet place with a very beautiful place to sit outside it's the perfect place. Not to be recommended for tall people, the room has only a height of two metres. Good WiFi

“Fantastic host, beautiful space”
Mónica is a brilliant host, incredibly welcoming and a lovely person. She looked after us when one of us was ill from the bus. The garden is amazing and a great place to hang out and unwind. The room is large, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is only a 5 minute cab ride from the bus station, so very convenient if you need somewhere to crash in Armenia. We ended up staying an extra night as we felt so at home. Highly recommend.
