Lovely apartment in a great location for hiking in the Picos - away from the hustle and bustle of Potes. Stunning views, and even a loo with a view! Hosts were welcoming and friendly, and accommodating of my very limited Spanish.

El Mojalar apartments are just fantastic. A beautiful hidden gem in the small village of Armaño less than 10 minutes from central Potes. Away from the busy tourist centre but close enough to enjoy all the restaurants, cafes and bars. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well decorated with a well equipped kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside garden and terrace area are fantastic with the most amazing mountain and valley views. The owners are very accommodating and the garden cats are very friendly and cute! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again :)

“Authentic & pleasant stay in the countryside of Cantabria”

Very nice, authentic and cosy flat. Kitchen is decently equipped to cook, very clean and quite spacious. The owners live in the same building and are very nice and helpful. Located in a very small village, less than 10 min drive from Potes, which gives a flavour of the countryside of Cantabria. Almost impossible to get there by public transports but there is a private parking at disposal in front of the building. My wife and I can only recommend if you want to disconnect.

Far away from city on highlands. Place for those you love landscapes, silence and cats ;) Not far away from amazing places in Picos de Europa and other wild and unforgettable places! Beautiful Asturia!

The apartment is fantastic! It's in a lovely quiet village with wonderful views. The apartment itself is very comfortable, nicely decorated and appointed with a reasonably equipped kitchen for self-catering. The outside terrace area is bonus to sit and enjoy the views. The town of Potes is just a short 5 - 10 minute drive away and has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and two well stocked supermarkets. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!
