We arrived at the apartment at night to a prestigious area with well-kept and beautiful houses. But the house from the outside looked very neglected. The apartment was large and well-equipped. But dusty and not very clean. The problem was that some of the body towels and kitchen towels were dirty and seemed not to have been washed. We informed the owner about this. But instead of bringing us clean and new towels, on the morning of departure he informed us that there was a washing machine downstairs and came to make sure that we left on time. When I told him why he didn't leave us clean towels outside the door - he just left. It's a shame that an apartment owner doesn't give consideration, cleanliness and care towards the tenants.

Location was so good, we had a car and travelled around to and from sites, we're able to come back for lunch as location was so local. The apartment is really nice and spacious we were 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Very clean

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotlessly clean and clearly very well cared for. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Washington, yet still quiet and peaceful. Parking was a breeze, which made coming and going super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely stay here again!

The use of electronic locks allows for changes to one’s intended arrival time due to traffic hold-ups, etc The location of the property is such that one can walk to the National Mall or take the metro system from Pentagon City to get rapidly to the centre of Washington DC. We chose this property as an alternative to a hotel room in the centre of Washington. Our two daughters got a room each; they are getting a bit old to be sharing a room with Mum & Dad. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was also a bonus. We could relax at the end of the day with our own choice of food. There was plenty of space to park around the property and a visitor’s permit was provided.

The location was fantastic for exploring Washington D.C. Only a short walk the metro that takes you to the all the top sights. Beds were super comfy 😌
