At the time of booking, the pictures of the property were different compared to the actual property. According to the picture, the property was located just adjacent to the Pentagon shopping center, but the actual building was far away from the fashion center. We took it as professional misconduct.

“Great location, nice building but awful booking process.”
I did not receive the check in email with the necessary codes to access the box with keys. Thank goodness for the concierge who helped us check in. Pool and gym are very nice and the location is great for exploring DC
