“Good, housekeeping needs more attention to details, dirty bed and rushing customers in the morning.”
Front desk friendly, able to assist. When I informed that one of the beds was not cleaned and prepared, front desk apologized and took care of the issue immediately. They also provided extra towels. Breakfast staff positive experience with gentleman cook, also Mr. Oscar and his team, especially, Mrs. Noemi was friendly and welcoming. She cleaned the tables and assisted the kids. Kids remember her for her kindness. Over all friendly staff. *See below.
