I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel failed to honor the changes I made through Booking.com and, to make matters worse, I was overcharged. Despite showing proof of my updated reservation, the staff was unhelpful. I do not recommend staying here if you value clear communication and honest billing

“First time in Ballston , can't wait to go back.”
Great breakfast, fantastic staff that can't do enough for you. Perfect location for travelling into DC, courtesy bus from hotel to metro station.
