“Excellent”

Excellent location for six flags, easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth, staff were very friendly and nothing was to much for them, breakfast was really good to. Walking distance to Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadium, although hotel offer free trolley service

Easy parking, great pool area and the breakfast and bar meals were delicious

The staff were great. Xavier at the front desk was a great help, friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They gym was a good size and good equipments

They were very accommodating and friendly. Xavier was super helpful and kick-started my trip on a positive note.

“Fabulous hotel in a great location”

We loved everything about the Sheraton Arlington. We were staying there as we were attending the baseball. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool. Then walked to and from the baseball game - the hotel is in a really good location. The coffee shop made a lovely iced latte, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with good views over the theme parks. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fresh omelette I had made. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked the Starbucks and store inside the hotel. A good place for last minute souvenirs. We used the pool and spa. Water was very cold but would be refreshing on a super hot day. Spa was small and looked like it needed some updating/maintenance. Room was clean, bed was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The area in general is a little run down. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet, despite not being the newest. Breakfast options were good, but somewhat pricey.

Absolutely nothing because Jay the manager cancelled my entire reservation at 6 pm the day of check in. Jay said my credit card did not go through. This is a lie. my card company notifies me when a charge is rejected and there was plenty of credit left on that card. Jay said he emailed me about the rejected card but I received no such email. I’m going to file a formal complaint with Sheraton, and I want to speak to someone at booking.com about this.
