“Just good for the price a bit high”
Clean and tidy . Good heat and air conditioning really necessary. Location is good near UTA and downtown. Good transportation.

“spoiled by poor checkin”
Checkin process was terrible. Took over 45 minutes to get into property. Door was jammed - completely unable to get access to appartment to get in with code. Needed help from other residents and phone support. Need to change proceedure

The room itself was cute, seemed clean, and well-stocked. The noise sensor and audio recording capabilities freaked me out. However, everything else was wonderful. The only appliances I used were the washing machine and the dryer, so I can't speak to the quality of anything else. However, everything I used was in good working order.
