The staff were friendly always asking if we were ok. The room was spacious and clean and it was amazing to have breakfast and kick back at night included with our stay. It was also walking distance to the stadium which was great for us as we attended a game.

Everything was great! This hotel was perfect. Drury usually has very nice hotels, but this one sets the bar.

We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington from July 4 to July 7 and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. As a couple from Switzerland who has spent over 50 nights in U.S. hotels over the past two years, we can confidently say: this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our 2-room suite with a king bed was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we both slept like a dream every night. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the room to the lobby and breakfast area, was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fast, friendly, and completely hassle-free. We also appreciated the generous breakfast each morning: great variety, high quality, and plenty of seating, even at peak times. Although we missed the evening “Kickback” due to our time at Six Flags Park, we could tell that this hotel offers far more than the basics. It's very well located, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and it’s clear that this hotel is run with care and attention to detail. From now on, we’ll specifically look for Drury Hotels when booking future U.S. trips; this experience set a new standard for us. Highly recommended!

The hotel is old, carpets kind of smell, breakfast and food is really simple and very American. Not much healthy choices. Stuff are inexperienced to deal with international guests. Tried to charge our card multiple times in smaller amounts than the pre-authorised amount, which for international cards causes it to be blocked by the bank. During the stay they only cleaned our rooms once which meant no clean towels or water placed in our rooms.

The kickback food option in the early evening was fantastic… we’d just flown in from the UK so was perfect for us. The food both at the kickback and in the bar was excellent and great value. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel and the place was spotless. Great location close to Cowboys stadium too
