“perfect!”
I called the helpdesk to get instructions on how to access my apartment, as this is a staff-free hotel. The support representative was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me step by step through the process of unlocking all the doors. The service was excellent and made the check-in experience very smooth. The apartment was fresh, modern, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Its location close to the airport was also very convenient. Overall, a great stay!

Although the staff weren't on-site, they were easy to contact and provided kind assistance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The airport transfer was easy to find, even though the bus stop was a little far. I would stay here again.

I requested a refund on compassionate/medical emergency grounds, received an automated email directly from the company turning me down. In my opinion, that's a really disgusting way to treat another human being.

Real close to airport, the laundry room was a nice touch - anything request (in my case washing liquid) is being provided. I got some issues during check out process but was being able to contact through phone for help at 3:15AM

“Simple, and efficient for the in and out traveller”
Enjoyed the simplicity and comfort. Staff friendly. The entire process from getting the shuttle to the apartment. The ease of getting to and from Stockholm with public transport from the apartment is fantastic. The ease of getting your key and returning the key was great. They have a full Landry service which is helpful for longstays..
