This is one of those rare places that reminds you why you travel. The sea is literally a few steps away-close enough that the view becomes part of your day from the moment you wake up. The setting is so peaceful and within seconds you are already on the beach. But.... what truly makes the place special is the host' s generosity. Arriving to a fridge filled with thoughtfull provisions felt less like checking into rental and more like being welcomed as a guest. The host Dimitris was so helpful that I eventually ran out of things to ask for.😄 The port 900m away, so you can get to the Evia island for a trip. The hot springs near by , Simple, beautiful and genuinely memorable! Thank you Dimitris🙏

The place is stunning, clean and well maintained The fridge and pantry are ample for 10 people for 3 days although we were a couple for one night really recommended we will definitely come back

Very comfortable apartment, great balcony with sea view, the host was lovely and he filled the refrigerator with all that we needed - dairy products, eggs, juices, plenty of fruits and vegetables. We enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Amelia. Dimitris welcomed us warmly, even though we arrived very late at night. The apartment is charming, spotlessly clean, and truly comfortable. The fridge was generously stocked with a variety of treats, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — far beyond what we expected. The garden is beautiful, with a lovely view, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. Highly, highly recommended!

Great place!, very clean, large, great view of the cost and evia island, wonderful hosts always there to help and advise where to go from coffee to market to horses to when to see dolphins in the see, large balcony where the stars are so bright you could think you are alone on a desert island. Highly recommended!

“Relaxing family getaway right on the beach”

We had an amazing stay at Amelia Villa Collection. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We were welcomed with a fridge stocked full of food, along with a great selection of pantry items and snacks. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole apartment was decorated with care. Everything felt brand new and well thought-out, from the cozy sitting area to the bathroom with excellent water pressure. We especially loved the wide, open view over the sea. It’s also a perfect place for families: there’s plenty of room for children to play and the beach is just steps away. Dimitris, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, as was his lovely family. Halfway through our 4-night stay, we received clean towels. Dimitris mentioned that many guests stay here on their way through, but honestly, that’s a shame. Arkitsa itself is a quiet village (especially in the off-season like April), but it has a few nice restaurants and a long coastline with sandy beaches and flowers. The calm sea is perfect for swimming, and you can enjoy lovely walks along the shore. And within less than a 1.5-hour drive, you can visit sites like the archaeological site of Delphi and the monastery of Ossios Loukas, both perfect for day trips. Highly recommended, we would definitely love to come back!

A lovely place in Arkitsa, with a amazing view to the sea. The villa is beautiful, the rooms are big and fully equipped (and I mean, fully). Above all, Dimitris, the host, is so nice and kind. We will definitely return here for a longer stay.

We had an amzing time! After 3 weeks in Greece, staying in fantastic places, I can definitely say that this place was the most beautiful villa we stayed in, and it was the perfect finish for our vacation. It is so well designed and beautiful, and located less than a hundred meters from the beach. Dimitris received us so well, with a fridge full of food, attending our every need and always in good humour. Everything was clean and working and flawless. Thank you very much :)
