“Great stay for a Sary Chelek adventure!”

My favorite part about the stay was how well the host, Mister Baktybek, communicated with me. He was really engaged with my stay, way before I booked and afterwards as well. He always responded immediately with calls and whatsapp. Other than that; Mister Baktybek and his family treated me really nicely, made me very nice vegetarian food and made sure I was comfortable. The rooms were comfy, the showers were hot and powerful and there is a nice place to eat in the shade outside.

Close to National Park, excellent food, lovely owners - very helpful, comfy bed.

“Peaceful place”

Very friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately their kids drew patterns on our hire car with a stone and scratched it badly. The problem got sorted out.

“Oasis of kindness”

Oasis of kindness and hospitality. The hosts are wonderful people who care deeply about every guest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast & dinners were exceptionally delicious and generous.

We loved staying at the Kyzyl Alma guest house. The family were incredibly generous, the husband/father speaks good English and is happy to help. The food was delicious, we particularly loved the jam. And we had great fun playing with their daughter (and sorry we didn’t say goodbye as we got the early marshrutka!). Everything was very clean and there was plenty of places to sit outside. It is easy to hitch-hike up to the lake and the village itself is also lovely with a river running through it and a couple of small shops. They are really responsive on booking.com message, and were able to fit us in for an extra night at short notice. Thank you for our stay!

“Value for money”

Breakfast was good. Owner provided fried eggs on learning that I don’t eat meat.

Lovely guest house in the beautiful Sary Chelek natural reserve. The owners are always available, feel free to ask for informations or help for your travel, they were a great help to me.English spoken so it’s a lot easier. The meals were super delicious and for a good price. Clean, covered and spacious exterior spaces to eat and drink chai after hiking. Washing machine available Close access to the river for a delightful summer swim 15mn walk to the main gate of the park where you can buy food and then hitchike to the main lake, starting point for the 7 lakes loop. Marshrutkas to Osh, Jalal abad and bishkek

The place is located in a beautiful little village close to Sary Chelek Nature Reserve. The family is adorable and are really available for anything you may need. Thank's again for hosting me, I had a amazing time!!!

“Lovely family-run guesthouse”

Very nice and helpful owners, they organized everything for me (taxi service, horse riding) and even gave me a goodbye gift - a jar of a homemade jam :) Meals were very good too. Hot shower, clean bathroom, good wi-fi - something I really needed!

Very friendly owners. Close to the center. Delicious food and they bake fresh bread in a special Kirgisch oven.

The property was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing too. An excellent place to stay and a great price too. I would thoroughly recommend it.

“If you completely disregard the room description: nice and friendly stay”

Super friendly host - the family did their utmost to make my stay enjoyable. Tasty breakfast and dinner, with some special touches (eg. cauliflower in the salad- so nice for a change). Good windows (insulated double pane). English spoken.
