Brilliant place to stay, fantastic location. Wonderful outside living area, a cool and sheltered place to sit and watch the sunset. Strongly recommend this place. The host was so kind and helpful he made us feel very special. An easy few minutes walk to a great restaurant. Large super market a few hundred metres away.

“Perfect stay in Arkasa”

We stayed in Stavlos Country House for a week in June 2025. From the moment we booked we received the most personalised attention from our hosts Athanasios and Sofia. The accommodation was perfect, well located to explore the South part of the island, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and clean. The terrace and view were amazing. It really exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to take advantage of all the amenities, just a short walk to the various tavernas, cafes, supermarkets and the beautiful Agios Nikolaos beach. We were welcomed by Athanasios who took the time to open the house and make sure we were comfortable. He had also kindly provided a basket full of local produce and drinks. Athanasios and Sofia were the perfect hosts, attentive, thoughtful and generous and we would not hesitate to return to stay in their beautiful house.

“Great place to stay”

It's a wonderful vacation house. The terrace is truly a highlight - you’ll want to spend all your time there, enjoying the views and relaxing. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has a great coffee machine (which makes staying on the terrace even better :) ). It's located close to the supermarket and restaurants but it's also in an intimate and quiet place, and having your own parking place is a big plus. Totally recommend it. “Great place to stay”

Well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated one bedroom house with a fantastic terrace with stunning views. Athanasios our host could not have been more accommodating. Allowed us to check in early due to a flight change and left us lots of treats throughout our stay. Many thanks, we truly appreciated it. The house is within an easy walk into town for the bars, tavernas and supermarket but has it's own off street parking space. A great base to explore the island from.

“The perfect place for our small family, 100% recommended”

We are so glad we found this beautiful place in Arkasa for our small family. Our 4 yrs old boy had a fenced space to play outside, while we could enjoy quality time as a couple. The hosts were so amazing, they welcomed us personally with local goodies, wine, drinks and even homemade cake. We felt at home right away. The apartment is very private, in a great location, overlooking the coast (breathtaking sundowns!) and the town but still just walking distance to the small centre where smiley people and delicious food are everywhere. Big and furnished lounge terrace with shade, full kitchen, washer, modern bathroom with double sized shower, comfortable mattresses and a twin bed with railings for our small boy were just few of the amazing features that made our stay just perfect along with a fast internet wi-fi, big screen smart tv, a/c (we didn't need it in September). The private parking was very convenient. Nights were very quiet and allowed us to sleep very good. We even had unexpected cleanings half way of our stay and were regularly contacted to check if we needed anything. Fast and efficient communication. We couldn't be happier, 100% again!

“Beautiful, quiet location. Good position to travel around the island. Great hosts!”

Athanasios and Sofia are great hosts and they waited until late to welcome us for the check-in, also gifting us some treats and delicious homemade goodies for our stay. The house is renovated, fully equipped, with a beautiful patio where you can enjoy your meals and some relaxing time. Supermarket is 5 mins walking and the airport is 15 mins by car. Overall Arkasa is a great location for traveling around the island. Thank you!

“Wonderful experience”

Our stay in the villa was perfect. The house is big, very clean and beautiful. It has a very big terrace with beautiful view and a garden. When we arrived a full basket with local products and a bottle of wine as a welcome was waiting for us. The location is excellent and everything is close by. We can't wait to come again next year.

We liked everything about Stavlos Country house. The house is new, very clean, luxury with very atmospheric rooms well sized and has private parking! The kitchen and toilet was fully equipped with everything. The countryard is amazing with wonderful sea view and very peaceful.. Ideal for relaxing.. Much better than the photos! Hosts were very friendly and they gave us local products to taste. All perfect! Thank you!
