Overview
Taxiarches Hotel is located in the village Aristi in the Zagori region. Built with respect to the regional architecture, the hotel offers rooms with a view of the unique gorge of Vikos and the towers of Astraka. Most of the guest rooms at the Taxiarches have luxurious bathrooms with hydromassage shower cabin or spa bath, and are equipped with a TV with DVD player, safe and fridge. Self-regulated air conditioning and heating are included. Guests can taste local recipes in the hotel's restaurant and enjoy a buffet-style breakfast. Coffee and spirits are available in the coffee shop, next to the fireplace during the winter, or in the garden during the summer. The hotel has a TV room and a large lounge area. Along with free private parking, free WiFi is provided in the entire property. Taxiarches offers an in-house Rafting Athletic Centre. Experienced staff will train you in activities such as rafting, kayak, canoe and more.

Clean and cozy property with a great, spacious room. Convenient parking and a beautiful view. The breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend trying the rafting experience, thank you very much Apollo, you’re the best boat driver!

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location in Aristi (the best place to stay when touring Zagoria). The staff were very kind and attentive willing to give you any assistance or information you ask The room (family room for 3) was a bit dense but it was ok since we've been outside travelling most of the day. But the real prize was the huge balcony with a view. This by itself was worth everything. The breakfast buffet was very good (variety, freshness, quantities). Good value for money.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also discovered that there’s rafting available from the hotel, so we were even more satisfied. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious and clean room. The staff is nice, helpful and smiling. The owners have a sports center under the hotel and we did an excellent rafting trip on the Hoydomitis River with them. Aristi is a small village, and everything is within walking distance.

“Lovely family style accommodation in great location”
The location. You can access all the villages around and the river within 25-30 minutes The view of Papigo and Astraka all the way to the valleys bellow . The friendly staff and the nice breakfast.

We had a perfect stay. The staff at the hotel were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very nice and varied. We also took the rafting from the hotel’s company, which was great. The staff are great, very professional and super friendly. Highly recommended!
