Very spacious, clean and nice apartment near ocean front promenade with many good amenities. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops. Very friendly host.

The apartment was big and the space was more than enough for 4 people. There is everything you need for your holiday. Location is very good and near to the centre of the city. The owner Francisco is very nice, helpful and lovely. He gave us a lot of tips regards places to visit, where to eat and fishing as well. He was always available and open to ask all our questions and doubt.

Perfect place in Arinaga! Very nice Welcome from owner side. Thank You ! You live more like in your own private house than in an apartment, with everything you need for life. Rooms are very clean and good equipped. Location just in 50m from city promenade, lot of fresh air from the ocean. In this small city you can find all what You need for life: lot of restaurants, shops, food markets, medical center and most important no "big city" noise and no problem with car parking. My very strong recommendation ! Our family was more than happy !

The owner was excellent, he was very helpful with information and we had a warm welcome. He left some bottles of water and plenty of loo rolls to start us off with. The apartment is nice and clean which has a supermarket nearby. Also its right next to the sea and was good for walks.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and a good size. The outside space and ability to use the washing machine was a real bonus. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the seafront. The host was very attentive to our needs and I would highly recommend.

Property was only 30m away from the sea, making for nice evening strolls. The hosts were SUPER kind and highly responsive, no matter what we needed. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Easy parking and local sea front area with authentic history. The apartment was in traditional first floor loft style and furnished with up to date ikea style furniture and appliances. 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom facing front with beamed ceiling and large iron bed frame. However, the 2nd bedroom with twin beds was cosier for us in winter. Fully equipped kitchen and useful laundry area with easy to use machine and drying rack. The owners were very hospitable and helpful.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment on second floor, just few steps from lovely Arinaga oceanfront promenade. Walking distance to beaches, natural sea pool, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and buses. The area is really nice, beautiful, clean and safe. There is not that many tourists, its mostly recidental area which we liked a lot. Quite good bus connections to Cruce De Arinaga for transfering north to Las Palmas or south to Playa Del Ingles. Great place to stay If you want local life instead of big hotels and tourist ghetto's. Really good value for the money. The hosts are amazing, super friendly, very nice and helpful. Would gladly recommend this place and hope to be able to stay there again.
