“One Floor Up Apartment, not a villa”
The apartment was spotlessly clean with a good supply of towels, crockery and cutlery. One double bed, one single bed. A large kitchen/sitting area. Good sized bathroom. Wifi worked well. It was genuinely 500 yards from Playa de Arinaga which is a lovely area and close to amenities such as supermarkets and local bars
