Set in a 19th century country house, Las Vigas Vivencia Rural features a large, furnished terrace with fantastic views of the coast and mountains. It offers a peaceful location, 15 minutes’ drive from Arico. The house combines rustic wooden finishes with modern furnishings. It includes free Wi-Fi, a reading room and a lounge with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and electric hob, and there is also a washing machine and 2 barbecues available. Grape vines, fruit and olive trees are grown on the estate and the property offers some activities related to agriculture. They also organise excursions in the area and activities such as diving, surfing and climbing. Santa Cruz is 40 minutes’ drive away, while Tenerife South Airport is a 30-minute drive from Las Vigas Vivencia Rural via the TF1 Motorway. Free private parking is available at the house.

Our stay at Pedro’s beautiful house was absolutely exceptional! The building, made of volcanic stone, has a unique charm and blends perfectly with the surroundings. The interior is tastefully decorated – cozy, elegant, and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome in Polish and a bottle of wine. Pedro is a wonderful host: kind, cheerful, and always ready to help or recommend interesting places to visit in the area. The highlight of our stay was the terrace with its breathtaking view of the sunrise over the ocean – truly magical. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for relaxation.

“Pedro’s Perfect Place”
Pedro was incredibly welcoming and friendly; communicating a week before our stay and showing us the way up the mountain to the property on the day of arrival going through everything making us feel very excited and comfortable. During our stay he let us know about changes in weather and so on. He was such a thoughtful caring host. The house is idyllic. It’s great for watching the sunrises and in the afternoons the clear views of Gran Canaria. The kitchen has everything you need, and the kitchen window frames the view perfectly. Highly recommendable.

“We've spent a great week there!”
authentic, traditional old (but tastely renewed!) "casa rural". The house is located in a rural area, ideal to relax and escape from the noise ( but only 25 min drive to El Medano) The house itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Amazing view from the terrace, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, barbecue hut... We recommend it 100% ! This place felt like home. Pedro is perfect host, friendly and super attentive! thanks for all your recomendations!
