“Loud party through the night kept us awake.”
Very loud party/karaoke with PA and DJ in restaurant behind the hotel until after 3am keep us awake.

“Unfriendly and arrogant stuff: expect the customers to pay their own booking.com fees”
I was overcharged! 1) Am aware about the local tax policy, NOT applied to foregners. told the receptionist I was a foregner. checked in with my swdish passport. 2) the hotel told me the booking.com charges them more and that I (!) had to to pay this difference. while at the Booking.com is clearly stateded that ‘The final price shown is the amount you will pay to the property. Booking.com does not charge guests any reservation, administration or other fees. Really arrogant that the hotel uses the booking.com services and makes the clients pay for it! worst, tried to talk to the manager but they said they always have this problem and that I should talk to the Booking.com. Totally unfriendly and unwilling to resolve the issue of a 10 USD amount!

Breakfast was superb. It included local freshfruit, yoghurt, toasted bread and fresh prepared fruit juice. Location was excellent. Staff attended every need we presented.

“Nice place but way too loud and with poor parking facilities”
Nice hotel located near the beautiful Chinchorro beach. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable.

“Hotel Puerto Chinchorro is one of the better option in Arica. However at night it can be very loud.”
The hotel was in walking distance to the Chinchorro beach and restaurants. It had a small courtyard that allowed to sit outside in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt that is was safe because the property is fenced in and somebody was there day and night.
