“The house is a hidden gem with beautiful sea view.”

The apartment is a true gem! It is fully renovated and has bedroom with bathroom and balcony on first floor, kitchen and a beautiful terrace on second floor and a great rooftop solarium on the third floor. There you can sunbath and enjoy sun and a beautiful view on the sea. We enjoyed it a lot!! The position is quiet but strategic to visit all the island, and has parking lot and beach very close. The host Jose is always available to help and very friendly. We will defenitely come back again! Thank you!!

What a little gem, lovely location and the apartment is fab, host can't do enough for you, we had few mobility problems, and Jose asked if we would like another apartment plus ours at no extra cost, if it would help, that's so rare, thank you again Jose, the location has a very locals feel not at all touristy, lots of restaurants ( fish restaurant on harbour is a must try) great craft market once a week, and loads more, what's not too love, I will be returning, loved it.

The location of the apartment is good not too busy, overlooking the harbour and close to beaches. There are plenty of good Italian and Canarian style restaurants nearby. The accommodation itself was good especially the terrace off the kitchen/living room with a very comfortable egg style chair, and we loved the roof terrace with its comfortable double sun lounger. Great views of the sun setting over the ocean. The outside spaces are the best things about this property. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bedroom has its own small balcony overlooking a small public square. Its a great place to stay if you just want a place to chill out for a few days and don't want to be in the middle of a busy resort. I would stay here again.

Great comfy appartment with two balconies and a nice roof top terrace with a view and sun beds. The location is very nice next to the harbor. Nice host. We would definately choose it again next time.

Great holiday home with 3 amazing terraces overlooking the sea. Easy communication with the host on Watsapp for check in and updates. A lovely town well located between Puerto de Morgan/Taurito and Maspalomas. Local supermarkets nearby that you can grab things for breakfast. Cute little beach less than 5 mins walk away. So relaxing to have breakfast on the terrace and watch stars at night.

“Nice and quiet”

So nice to have a long breakfast on the porch, listening to the doves in the tiny park outside. Watching boats pass on the sea. Great view from the roof! Love the big chair, perfect for reading. We had a great Christmas and new year here!

“Absolutely adored it”

The roof terrace and the balcony are amazing, fabulous views and one is just in the middle of-the old centre and everything is just at your fingertips . Jose, our host is so amazing, checking in all the time, but without being obtrusive. Genial and helpful. And the bed is very nice too. And all those stairs make you fit! And the sunsets and sunrises are out of this world!

The apartment is modern and well decorated. There i a nice balcony outside the kitchen and a solarium on the roof. The view from the roof is stunning, but there is no umbrella or anything to hide from the sun.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. There is everything you may need and more! I stayed there for a week with my best friend and we had the best time. The position is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The best part of the flat is the terrace, where you can eat and relax. You can move around the island easily on bus, this place is perfect if you want to enjoy your holiday in Gran Canaria :)

What a fabulous place to stay in the heart of Arguineguin. the interior was perfect. The space was wonderful with a balcony on every level. Jose was a fabulous host who was incredibly attentive and warm. wait until you see the solarium. by far the most stunning views in Arguineguin.

“Perfect sunny retreat with the most spectacular view!”

I loved the clean fresh feel of the apartment and all THREE balconies! It is exactly as shown in the photos. The roof terrace is a delight to recline, relax and watch boats come and go in the harbour. The middle balcony is great for shady lounging. The location is awesome, right in an area of original streets, and a stones throw from the waterfront with lovely restaurants, the beach and shops. It couldn't be easier for a really relaxing, sunny getaway with the best view on the coast!

“Excellent accommodation for a stay in Arguineguin”

The location was great for us. Quiet but close to restaurants/bars. Access was simple and Jose communicated very well. We have stayed close by on a previous visit (and enjoyed) but this was better. The terraces were great as were the facilities in the apartment. Jose communicated well without being intrusive. Would definately return and would recommend for a couple with no mobility issues.

“Fantastic apartment in perfect location”

It’s clear that Jose truly cares that the apartment is enjoyed by the guests, he was an exceptional host! We loved the 3 terraces and enjoyed breakfast on middle level and sunbathing on the roof. The location was perfect with views of the harbour and short walk to any of the beaches and restaurants. We stayed in in three places in Gran Canaria this trip and this was our favourite by far ❤️ Jose was also kind enough to allow us a late check out as our flight wasn’t departing till 6.30pm, which was very much appreciated.

Very nice apartment! There is a small balcony by the bedroom, a larger one upstairs with the kitchen and also a roof terrace with sunbed. Everything is very clean and tidy and the host is excellent. The host also speaks good english and is very accommodating. The view is absolutely stunning, and the morning and evening air is cool in Arguineguin. We enjoyed eating our meals outside every day. During the hotter parts of the day the beach is nearby. There are many beaches of course, but two are within 5-10 minute walking. Checking in and out was painless.

This is the best place to stay in Arguineguín with 3 different terraces. the first one looks towards a square and the other 2 with spectacular views of the sea. The apartment is a few meters from the 2 beaches and the center of Arguineguin. Very quiet place and away from tourist areas where you can enjoy the Canarian atmosphere. The service was like a 5 star hotel.
