The location, the space, great shower and well equipped. Very very clean and excellent communication with the owner. The addition of the roof terrace with free use of sun loungers was a real bonus.

A light, spacious apartment with comfortable beds and sofas. Plenty of space for 4, though we were only 2. Could just see the sea from one side of the balcony, but it was only a couple of minutes walk to the front. Quiet area except on weekend evenings, when there was music in some of the bars. Well equipped kitchen area.

Huge apartment with a bit of a sunset sea view. Kitchen well equipped and great for cooking in. Two balconies, enough lounge seating and a TV. Beds comfortable. It's a lovely authentic town and the little tidal swimming pool opposite is incredible for snorkelling. I'd definitely return to Arguineguin.

This place is perfectly located, it is only minutes to the beaches, to good restaurants, to the grocery store, to the sailors' church, to the bus, to a taxi and 5-10 minutes and you are in the old town where there is a market on Mondays. This is super central. The apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is a lift in the building which also goes all the way up to a great roof terrace.

Cozy, clean and comfortable apartments, 2 minutes away from the sea. The aprtments have all necessary equipment and accessories for a comfortable rest. Cafes and shops are nearby.

“A great apartment worthy of each penny you spend”

Would like to mention that we were offered an upgrade due to unavailability for repair works. We were offered an apartment just 200 mtrs away and it was direct ocean view with swimming pool included. The apartment itself was top notch and was having easy access to the nearest beach, that too just few mtrs away, literally seconds by walk. Also the best places around , Mogan, Dunes are fairly accessible few mnts away by car. To add on, the accommodation provider was very supportive and very kind and helpful at all times.

“Superb apartment upgrade”

Although we had booked Sollen Suites, we were moved last minute to another apartment at Sunset Ocean View just 200 metres further away. This was handled really well by the owner. The upgrade for the same price was fabulous. Bright, cheery apartment with pool and sea view balcony. Conveniently situated.

We have been traveling in Gran Canaria for a month and this was by far the best place we stayed at. It looked exactly like on the photos and seemed very newly renovated and well kept. Great location close to everything, nice and helpful host who did everything to accommodate our needs. The apartment had everything our family needed and we would love to come back.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean & had all the facilities you need to be comfortable. Wi-fi excellent too. Being in the centre of town & so close to the beach was also great. Contact with the owner/agent Pino was quick & very helpful. We had a lovely holiday.

The bathroom is a bit tired and it took ages for the hot water to come through, hooks needed on backs of doors and chairs in bedrooms. Milk jug and sugar bowl too
