“Beautiful property perfect location 5 star !”

Proximity to Lake was fantastic literally a 5 min walk and doable with public transport as we didn’t want to rent a car. The views were absolutely stunning from every window. The village itself was very pretty clean and had good facilities with relatively good transport options . Sabrina the owner made this property. Nothing was too much problem. She has literally thought of everything you could need in the house. The welcome, amazing hospitality with lovely items left for convenience. The bathrooms are beautifully done. The house itself has stunning views and amazing balcony, there is a full kitchen with supplies and a capsule coffee machine. There are even robes to wear in evening ! Sabrina could not have been more accommodating from giving us garlic for our pasta and helping us out with an essential supply the first night we arrived because shops were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place more we absolutely loved it 6 girlfriends and found the 3 beds and 2 bathrooms excellent . Its location on the lake is actually great, public transport was ok for Italian standards and the funicular cable car to Pigra is a must do in the village itself. Couple of bars and restaurants and lovely clothes shop. There is a boat terminal however we didn’t actually get the boat from here so can’t say how easy or not to get on. Certainly wasn’t easy in the other ports! The 110 bus is quite good though and links Como up to Menaggio adequately. I would not hesitate to book the house again Thankyou Sabrina the best hostess !

Beautiful view of the lake. Modern well equipped apartment. Very comfortable for 6 people. Sabrina is a great host who stayed in contact welcomed us to the apartment, provided fruit and other foods and picked us up and drove us down to the bus stop in Argegno. Thank you Sabrina.

It was a dream vacation. The apartment was perfect, beyond our expectations. It was very spacious, clean and the location was the best. It was close to the town city and attractions. the view was enchant. The host was the best, waited for us and took care of every need or question we had. We highly recommend this place.

Very spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view of the lake, we all loved having our morning coffee/breakfast soaking up the atmosphere of the authentic village and the beautiful mohntain/lake view. Sabrina was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival and offering helpful information about the local area, always there if we needed additional help. Sabrina's son Mateo even gave us a lift to a near by restaurant above Agegno and picked us up afterwards, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We will definitely recommend this lovely spot and will hopefully be back one day. Nearly forgot to say about the thoughtful gesture of leaving some breakfast provisions, lovely homemade jam, full fruit bowl etc

“Stunning view and really kind manager!!”

The appartment was really amazing! Very spacious and clean. The view on the Lake Como is breathtaking! And Argegno a small but lively village where you can drink a nice cappuccino or visit a restaurant! The centre of Argegno is nearby the appartment (5 min walk). Sabrina, the manager, was fantastic. Really kind and she made sure we lacked nothing. For instance, there were some groceries in the fridge! And her own made Peach jam was great!

This charming apartment has been fully renovated and is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It's modern, tastefully decorated with elegant furniture, and fully equipped with everything you might need to cook. Ideally located just a short walk from Argegno’s center, restaurants, and the ferry departure point, yet perfectly peaceful and quiet. The view of the lake from the living room and the two balconies/terraces is simply breathtaking. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bedding and a small parking area nearby. Sabrina welcomed us warmly with many thoughtful touches – from toiletries to breakfast essentials and delicious local treats – along with plenty of helpful tips for our visits. She was discreet yet attentive, checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. For those looking for a place with pool access, there’s a lovely lakeside restaurant with a pool and sun loungers just 5 minutes away on foot. Without a doubt, the most beautiful apartment rental experience we've ever had!

“Fabulous apartment!”

Stunning apartment, everything is newly renovated and built to high and green standards. We have never stayed in such a nice apartment. Fantastic views, alot of space and 2 very nice bathrooms. Sabrina was very kind, giving us advice on where to visit and best ways to get there. We loved walking down to the port every day to swim. We hired paddle boards in the town, and there is a small food shop. A few nice restaurants and easy to get the ferry. Walking back up the hill kept us fit !

I have only good things to say about Sabrina's apartment and her wonderful welcome! The apartment is large, renovated and super clean, located on the hill-side but not too high, with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. It is air conditioned and very comfortable, close to the "beach" (the point in Argegno where you can take a swim in the lake), and most importantly - Sabrina is a super nice and helpful host. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs, and she left in the apartment lots of lovely little things such as a home-made jam, toiletries, fruit and snacks, and more. It was a great stay for our family of 6.

This property exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful apartment with house-like proportions Stunning views over the lake throughout the apartment. Very spacious, well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Nothing overlooked by Sabrina and her family, who were extremely accommodating - and provided a complimentary breakfast on the first day. The appartment has a wonderful view over the lake. It was very clean, well equipped and good prepared with some specials like some food for breakfast and lunch, fruits, water. There are only a few minutes to walk to the center of Argegno, the lake and the cable car. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
