Private, gated villa with pool, plenty of outside space including 6 Sun loungers, outside sofas and chairs on both pool level and upper balconies and dining tables and chairs on both the terrace and inside dining area. Plus 3 full bathrooms. It has everything for a perfect family stay away from the noise of a busy resort but only a few minutes drive from Zakynthos Town and Argassi.

The villa is gorgeous, modern, clean and has everything you need both Inside and out for a perfect stay. The owner Kostas was lovely. Gorgeous pool and gardens.

Very well maintained and convenient location, close to the city. Gated property with its own parking space inside the gates. Lovely view. Costas, the owner, was very welcoming and available on short notice if needed. We had a special request and he arranged for us immediately.

Really clean, felt very safe here, loved the blackout blinds, had everything we needed. Loved that it was quiet and slightly away from the town but short walk to supermarket one was and amazing bakery the other! Kostas really helpful with advice on where to visit and if there were any problems.

Amazing villa with quality everything from bedding to kitchen equipment. This is not a cheaply built house intended for rental you can feel it was built with love, thoughtfulness and high quality materials making for a luxury stay! Pictures on the app don’t do it justice… Sparkling clean Great base to explore Zakynthos although you may find you don’t want to leave the villa! Super accommodating host, nothing is too much trouble!

The whole experience was fabulous. Well appointed, super little pool for cooling off and working out. gardens beautiful rooms excellent air con gorgeous! Kostas is a brilliant host 24/7 if needs be but we needed little but his knowledge of locality etc.

Super friendly host, explained everything very well. He was always available for questions and was really focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. Villa looked exactly as on the pics, beautiful and spacious. It was a dream stay!

Excellent villa, hands down the best we’ve stayed in. Kostas our host was really friendly and helpful when we checked in. Gave us a map and talked us through what was available on the island, best places for water sports, snorkelling or sunsets and marked it out for us. The villa is new with high end finishes and had some really nice touches. There were water and wine spritzers in the fridge upon our arrival, nice fruit bowl and wafer snacks. Flawless, fast WIFI and large smart TVs. There is also a washing machine with washing detergent available if you needed it, this wasn’t listed in available facilities and I wish I had asked! The little touches like hand wash and toilet paper were really appreciated. We’ve stayed in other villas which did not include these things. There was even some basic medicine in the cabinets if needed and also a thermometer too! Housekeeping was available everyday if we wanted it. Pool towels were provided as well as regular towels. The location was nice and quiet with only 2 other properties nearby, 1 was located opposite and other was off on the side. Neighbours were quiet and we were not disturbed. Total privacy poolside with nothing overlooking, electric gates and fencing all around. Zakynthos town was a quick 5 minute drive from the property and if you were feeling lazy you could order food for delivery via the e-food app. If you do go out for food, please check out Allotivo restaurant, it was our favourite! Villa was super clean and the pool was perfect. Gardens are well maintained and we really enjoyed the swing chair too. The bbq area and pizza oven was also available if you wanted to dine outdoors. Plenty of spaces to chillout inside and outside. Balconies upstairs and downstairs. With a sofa area upstairs to watch the evening sunsets or a dining area downstairs for alfresco lunches. Kostas made it clear that we could call him at any time of day if we needed anything.

“Amazing second stay”

Greatest property with friendly owners. After last years stay we choose to stay in this property again and it didn’t disappoint us. Everything was even better than last time. They have upgraded BBQ place and outside pizza making place, amazing for a stay. Everything spotless clean and comfortable. 3 bathrooms is a big + when staying with a friend family over and there’s plenty of space and seating areas. The pool is always clean and glows at night. From second floor it has a sunset view. Another great stay, will be back for the 3rd time for sure.
