Room was clean, host was very helpful, explains a lot about the city, how to get around zakynthos and what to do. Beaches are 10 min walking diatsnce but unfortunately not very nice in my opinion. Zakynthos town and port are 40 min walking distance away if you wish to visit by foot.

“Top-quality apartments with everything you need in one of the best locations in the area”

The location was super good, very quiet but still only few mins walk to the main street and restaurants, minimarkets, bus stop, etc. They have a good-sized parking lot for guests to use free of charge. The host was one of the best, never disturbing but always available and helpful. I appreciate the fact that the quality of sleep was very good in this place. No knocking on the door 9 am, no door-slamming, no noisy cleaners who usually talk very loud during the mornings in many places. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable comparing most of the hotel/apts in greece. They even had the double doors with black-out shades in the balcony doors so in Theodora's you get to rest & sleep as long as you wish without interruptions and have a nice morning coffee in the sunny balcony afterwards. I was also working during my holiday so I must say the wifi worked spotlessly with my laptop during the whole stay. There was also an air-con and it was super quiet. The apartment itself was full of nice little details, decorations etc. Generous amount of electric supplies for example both sides of the bed and everywhere in the room for charging multiple devices at the same time. They also offered shampoo and shower gel which was great for travellers - no need to carry big bottles with you. Also basic amenities in the kitchen like salt, sugar, oliveoil which you don't have in many other places. Everything at Theodora's is extra carefully thought through for travellers point of view. Special thanks to whole family for extra additions, water, refreshments, which were brought to our room :) I usually travel alone but this time I was with my boyfriend - I felt absolutely safe so this is a perfect spot also for solo travellers, very easy access from the bus stop if using the public transportation and the price vs quality is amazing! What I liked the most was that it was so clean and mister Denis came everyday and cleaned us our room and changed towels. The location was nice, very near to bus station, super market, bakery and all the restaurants. Mister Denis was very friendly and told us where we can eat best and all the nice locations and tips about the island. What I loved is that the property has a cat and I fed it everyday and I hope the next ones will do the same!

Cleaned everyday except sunday. Airco that works well and has different settings. Water in the fridge when we arrived. Plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and close to shops and restaurants. A good free parking spot for your rental is also available! Owner Dennis was also very friendly!

Great location, the room had everything we needed. There are also kitchen appliances so you can make a quick meal/ breakfast in. Could use a TV as they had none. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Hosts very friendly, I would go back again. Recommended!

The property is located on a quiet street but at the same time close to the center of the town. The host is a real help. solves immediately and gets involved in any situation.

We stayed in Theodora Studios at the beginning of August 2023. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It is an ideal place to wander around the island because you can easily reach most of the landmarks of Zakynthos from there. But the best part was definitely Dennis, the owner of Theodora Studios. He is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. When we arrived, he asked us if we needed advice about places and areas to visit in Zakynthos and we immediately said yes. He gave us an accurate description of the main areas we could visit and activities we could do during our stay. He also explained the different options we could choose from (i.e different kind of boat trips, different kind of beaches we could go to). We had already planned a few things to do but he gave us such invaluable insights! On our last full day in Zakynthos, we needed cortisone and we asked Dennis if, by any chance, he happened to have it at home. Not only did he provide us with the medicine, but he went to the pharmacy and bought it himself. He really is such a kind person. Moreover, he was always around, so you could always count on him if you needed anything. But, at the same time, he was also extremely discreet, so you didn’t feel any pressure at all. I highly recommend Theodora Studios if you plan to stay in Zakynthos, it will be very relaxing and pleasant!

We had a great time at Theodora Studios, with the host, Dennis, being very hospitable and always at the ready to help out or provide advice. From the start Dennis will give you a list of recommendations, all of which hit the mark. The rooms are kept very clean, with fresh towels and bedding being provide frequently. The location is great, being so close to the main town Zante, and also very close to some of the best beaches on the island. There is plenty of parking space in the hotel, which in an island like Zakynthos is pretty valuable. We would definately return and stay here again, both of us were extremely charmed by the place, the kindness and helpfullness of the hosts.
