Roza an Dimitri fullfilled all our wishes and even some which we didn't realize to ask :) The location is nice and silent. Big free parking lot made it easy to explore the Island.

Absolutely lovely accommodation, I really can't fault it. Cleaned daily and Roxa was so helpful too. Perfect location, just 2 mins to nearest restaurant and 5 mins to the main bar area.

Very close to many amenities and the local area. Very friendly and kind hearted hosts also, would recommend to others.

Available at very short notice after our flight home was cancelled late at night. Perfect for what we needed, clean, tidy, bottled water in fridge. As it was late at night the key was left in the door for us. The following morning when we left, we asked for A taxi. Dimitri (the owner ) insisted on taking us to where we needed to be and would accept no payment for the journey. Wonderful host who went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for accommodating us :)

Wonderful stay in this apartment really really nice and comfortable. Dimitri and Roza were so kind and gently and available for any question or problem, they helped me a lot!!! I recommend these rooms and the owner is very good man! He has some cats and I fell in love with Eros, the little one was so cute and wanted cuddles and play, so nice place for my stay 💙 In Argasi, near Zakynthos town. Highly recommended

“Perfect long weekend getaway in the sun 🤍🇬🇷🤍”

The location of the apartment was perfect, just off the main road so it was quiet in the mornings - just the sound of the church bells on a Sunday morning. But close enough to the restaurants, beach bars and shops. The apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony to chill on in the evenings. The bed was really comfortable. They were really warm and inviting and nothing was too much - we even had a little visitor to play with in the evenings. Too cute. Thank you had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

The host Dimitris was very welcoming and friendly and he even came to the port to bring me the sunglasses that I forgot in the room . He provided everything for us and he took care of every small detail within the room. Very quiet place.

Dimitris and other staff exceeded our expectations, super friendly, hospitable and helpful. The room is cleaned everyday, lovely balcony. It's a 5 minute drive to Zante town. You have a bakery near the appartment as well as stores for some groceries. The location is great and peaceful.

Very Good

“Great hosts, great property, great location and excellent value for money!”

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark. Air Conditioning was free and nice and cold! Towels and sheets were changed every day around lunch time (whilst I was out), so I could enjoy sleeping in. There was adequate cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, as well as a kettle, sandwich toaster and plenty of cups and glasses. There was also a full-size iron and ironing board in the room, along with a free safe. There was plenty of lighting in all rooms, as well as several plug sockets and a desk with a large mirror. The terrace on the ground floor was a good size with a table and 2 chairs and a large umbrella; it overlooked a small but very pretty garden with a soothing water feature. The owners were very friendly and responded to any questions I had via booking.com; usually within the hour. The location was a few minutes walk from the nearest hotel, Peppermint, which was very nice, and just past that was a small supermarket and a lovely bakery, which did fresh sandwiches, pastries, bread and cream cakes etc... The nearest beach (with loungers) was about a 5-10 minute walk away. The livelier section of Argassi was about a 15 minute walk away, where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as several supermarkets and places where you can sunbathe (Dimitrios Swimming Pool Bar / Restaurant (the best frappes and cheese and bacon omelettes), Waves and Skyfall, to name a few). These are all right next to the beach / sea, and close to Argassi Watersports where you can hire pedalos and jet skis or try parasailing or chartering your own small boat.

Our room was exquisite! Super clean, with a balcony viewing a beautiful garden. The location of the hotel was also great, far from the noise of the main road and only 10min drive to Zakynthos town. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. The host was super friendly and suggested great places for swimming and eating! In addition, on an afternoon of sudden rain showers, he gave us a clothes drying rack, in order to dry our swimming suits and towels!

Very friendly owner, everything was nice and clean. I have been offered a ride to the port free of charge. Fantastic stay!

“Amazing stay at Ilaeira Rooms”

The property had everything we needed and more. Roza and Dimitry were excellent hosts and very helpful. We had fresh towels every day, parking was always available, great shower and bathroom, huge bed and lovely balcony to sit out on. We were even offered an umbrella to use at the beach and when we arrived there was water waiting in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly team, even offered to pick us up from Zakynthos town when there was a festival on that made getting taxi's difficult. Apartment was cleaned every day and the location is great for exploring.

Everything perfect, rooms equipped with everything you need for a holiday by the sea, excellent cleanliness with daily towel change. the bathroom is equipped with a shower stall that usually is not easy to find here. The location is top as it is located near the centre of argassi but in a quiet side street. An additional value are Dimitri and Roza who made us feel like at home. They were super helpful, helping us with car rental, advice on beaches to visit and restaurants. Thank you so much for making our holiday on this island special.
