“Lovely”

This accommodation exceeded all of our expectations! We’ve stayed at many places before, but rarely have we experienced such a high level of hospitality. The staff were without exception kind, attentive, and always smiling – we truly felt cared for from the heart. Every day offered a rich and varied selection of delicious, well-prepared meals. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. The 1.5 weeks we spent here were an absolutely fantastic experience – we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to stay here. We will definitely come back!

“A nice stay”

The pools were lovely and clean. Food was great, lots of choice. Restaurant were so friendly! Room was really nice, and well sized for 3 people. Balcony overlooking the pool was beautiful. Had a terrible week weather wise, but obviously no fault of the hotel!

Beautiful Place and Excellent Location and the Staff were Excellent especially Keriyu Lady working in the Restaurant.. Always a Different Selection of Foods throughout each Day .

Food was good room was nice some better then others. Staff helpful. They let me check in early so that was a bonus as well

we just left the hotel after 7 days of wonderful vacation. we had the all inclusive service and I can say that everything was at the highest level. The hotel deserves 5 stars primarily because of the entire staff led by the manager Achilles who was always there for us. Because of everything from my family 5/5.

Location is just right! Diana Palace Hotel is in the middle of the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly too, especially Almario, always attentive and helpful.

Good location, food and pools. The price was reasonable.

We were there with two children of 7 and 9 years old, the rooms were given to us at a distance, and we paid extra money for a private pool, but there was no access to the private pool in the rooms, and the quality of the food was very low and basic.

The shower was the best thing about our stay that was probably due to the fact we were in the newly renovated rooms
