“Not happy”

I don't like that they dont have telephone and refrigerator on the room .It's kinda important for sure especially always hot in the Philippines feel disappointed and not happy.

The place was nice. The breakfast was good.

The hot shower is only working in small shower and while the hot shower is on , the lights in the room is glitching which hurts our eyes and we are supposed to rest because of a long travel but they fixing the room so we didn’t rest right away

I love the pool lighting during night and thr staff are great. Chill kaau ang pool igka gabie. I like their family room but ang mga double room kai needs updating. Thanks

You gaurd at gate rudest person I ever met . Fire him useless . We went to wrong gate . Apparently for people who live there. Told me to back up told him im 83 not good at backing up can you open gate an I go around . He would not . Then he got rude because I said I not good at going backward . Then he told us to back to are country . I got out an he wanted to fight . Are you kidding me . I will tell all my friends not to go herein belive me my son owns three bars one in argao two in cebu will post how bad they . Then went to reception booked with bookin dot Com told me they not find my reservations. Since im old my son reboots a pays for everything. So I went to eco resort half your price an great pool .

Staff exceptional, friendly, respectful and efficient. Entrance security guard. Buggy transport within the resort, very welcome transporting suitcases to and from room, and to avoid walking in searing heat. Rooms clean and spacious. Superb television with netflix, youtube and prime, great films, great reception. Shower clean and efficient. Courteous room cleaning / supply staff every morning, would clean whole room and replace bedding if required, or just deliver plenty of bottled water, towels, toiletries etc. with a smile. Breakfast very good, designated building by accommodation very convenient. Food and drinks available throughout the day at the restaurant. Evening restaurant meals good, periodic evening outside buffets very good. Some evening musician entertainment by restaurant. Resort spacious and well laid out and designed, buildings attractive, a touch of spanish colonial style. Exceptional seaview pool, warm and open at night illuminated with multiple colour changing lights. Poolside food and drink service until 10.00pm. Toilets / changing / showers near pool. Was easy to extend stay.

The serenity of the place is the most I like. Even the set up of the hotel is not that easy to access going to the reception, restaurant, pool and back to the room but it's good to walk especially in the early morning..very peaceful and breezy..staff are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Very quite location away from the hassle and dassle of city stays. Swimming pool was great and clean

The pool, serene location. For eating there is Alex Kafe very close. Nice church built 300 years ago.

The food was bad no taste on there and to greasy think that have to find a new cook who can cook Swimming pool to fare away from sleeping place

I loved the pool area with the view over the sea and the open dining area which cozy and relaxing.

The room is spacious and the staff are accomodating and friendly.

Location was perfect. You could see the sea. But had the comfort of the swimming pool, because we have small children. We tried to go to the sea nearby but it was tide and windy, so dangerous for the kids. We arrived early so no room ready but we could get towels and make use of the pool. There's a changing room with showers and toilet near the pool. It was clean, all working and tidy. We brought our own snacks so that was nice. The theme of the hotel was gorgeous. We got a family room, divided in 2 connecting bedrooms. All proper, good working aircon, good beds and ammenities. You can hear some of the neighbours but not annoying and if you use earbuds for sleep you can sleep easily. The shuttle bus was quickly, mostly in the neighbourhood so you can hop on. Personel was friendly. They will update you by cellphone (if you have a local number) if there's some changes, like a notify that there will be a short shortcut of electricity. Easy relaxing place to be! Totally recommand it.
