It’s an amazing spot. Fully equipped. Great views. It’s our third time there. We truly love it

We absolutely loved staying here. The property maintenance was very well kept. The gardens and pool area were immaculate! The house itself was also kept very clean. Owners were very helpful when we got locked out they were at the property within 10 mins to let us back in. I don't have any negatives with Savvas Villa we would definitely love to come back next year but maybe stay for longer.

“Spacious and clean house”

Pool was very clean and suitable for kids, had an outdoor shower and clean outdoor patio! The house was clean and the rooms are spacious for a trip of 4 adults and 3 kids! Kitchen has all you need kettle, microwave, oven, water dispenser.

Location. Quiet. Pool and pool area. BBQ facilities. Magnificent sea and mountain views. WiFi.

“Lovely pool and views, very uncomfortable inside”

The outside area was lovely, the pool water was clean but not over chlorinated, the garden was well established and very pretty. The sun loungers where of good quality and nice to use. The view was outstanding and I enjoyed walking around the local area. The freezer compartment in the fridge worked well. The gas hob, electric oven and extractor all worked well and are very clean. The agent responded very quickly to all our communications. We did not try any of the AC units so can't comment on these. We also did not use the dining table and chairs outside as there is a bird nest in the roof and we did not want to disturb the chicks, not an issue for us.

Clean house and it has all the equipment you need to cook and accommodate your needs. We liked the quiet location with an amazing view, great for relaxation.

The property sits on a hill right opposite the Argaka beach. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and has a nice pool area well equipped with sunbeds and a sheltered bbq area! The children had a blast and we could enjoy the lovely views and sunset!

Absolutely stunning villa, the location was perfect, the views of the sunset breathtaking. Argaka is a real Cypriot treasure, totally unspoilt. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay, communication with the owners was great, we will definitely be back.

Top in terms of privacy.. Pool was one of the cleanest ever. It's equipped with everything including towels for the pool.. The owners are very friendly.
