I had an early check out before 6am breakfast for a tourbus pick up and they packed a breakfast bag for me. Also staff knocked on my door approx 6pm after checking in with two complimentary chocolates as a courtesy.

Great location in city centre. Large bed, clean room. Friendly staff helping with the luggage.

“Exceptional Stay at Tierra Viva Arequipa Plaza”

I had an outstanding stay at Tierra Viva Arequipa Plaza. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with scrambled eggs and a daily changing second hot dish (for example, pasta with pesto or rice with sausage), alongside a variety of fresh, local fruits and other items - truly a highlight of the hotel. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, making it great value for money. Comfortable rooms with two king-size beds, heating, and a reliable hot shower. What stood out the most was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception - Esthefany and Marylia went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza and all key attractions in Arequipa.

The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the historic city centre in Arequipa and going out to eat. The room was quiet and very spacious and the breakfast offer changed every morning. The member of staff on duty in the breakfast room every morning was really kind and attentive.

Our room was comfortable and quiet, facing the inside courtyard. Although the room wasn’t huge, there was enough space for our suitcases and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries, fresh towels provided every day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet- very happy it started at 6am so we could even fit in breakfast before tours. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the roof terrace. Staff were friendly, I love that they helped take our luggage upstairs when we arrived and dropped in a little chocolate every evening- nice touch!

Good location, fairly large room that was bright and clean. Large, comfortable bed. Powerful shower with hot water. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful in assisting with food delivery (we arrived very late) and transport.
