Nice breakfast, helpful staff allowed us to check in early and check out late. We could store luggage and even got breakfast to go on our second day. Tea available at reception and clean, warm beds

“Wanna find their chain hotel in Cusco but can’t find it on the internet :( otherwise we’ll definitely stay again.”
Super hot shower all the time which is the most important thing for us. Staffs are helpful even I ask for dish washing liquid to wash my dirty clothes haha. They offer hot water and local tea bag in the lobby 24hrs. It’s a quiet and safe area and walking distance to some super good restaurants and center district. WiFi is good. Amazing volcano view on the rooftop restaurant:) you can see the sun set there and so as in the breakfast time

The rooms and the bathroom are big. comfortable beds, rich and good breakfast in the terrace, with nice view. The staff is very kind and the location just 10 minutes walking from the main attractions.

Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Allowed us to store our luggage during the 2day trek through the Colca Canyon free of charge. Breakfast was good. Room was very big had a bathtub and a balcony.

Lovely big room, with very comfort bed. Breakfast was good, with amazing fresh fruit. We had a massive bath and lovely hot shower. Definitely great value for money.

“Comfy but room for improvement”
The bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast is good. The location is pleasant in a residential area, about 15-20 min walk from the historical center.

Clean, comfortable hotel with good breakfast, fast WiFi and helpful staff. Daily cleaning and even refridgerator in the room. I cannot think of any negative aspect.

The staff was super helpful, especially girls working at the front desk, they helped my dad to recover his mobile phone that he left in a taxi, and generally there was never a problem with receiving extra help from them plus they were always very nice. We liked that our room was divided into two parts as I was staying with my dad we both had privacy.
