Very good neighbourhood - close to the city but quiet at night. Comfy beds, a kitchen you can use and good Internet. We arrived early and could store our bags for free.

We enjoyed our stay at Hostel Fuentes - it's within walking distance to the centro area, the room is very spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the property is secure, the shower is hot.

“Fantastic host, great price!”

The lady running the hostel is super lovely and helpful. We were able to drop our bags off early and store them for a few days during our hike to the Colca Canyon. We wanted to extend our stay last minute and she accommodated and was always happy to help. She also has a variety of tours etc on offer that look reasonably priced (we already had our own plans so didn't do any of them). There's also a binder in each room with local recommendations. We stayed in 2 rooms (we chose to return after our hiking trip) and the rooms are basic, but for the price point, pretty great. It was much larger than other similar properties in Peru at this price, with a table, seating, cabinet and a TV as well as the bed. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of blankets. The bathroom and communal spaces are really clean - we often chilled out in the communal area and saw the cleaner who I feel works day and night to keep this place spotless (I even saw him wiping the leaves of the indoor plants!) Location wise, it's a nice area, only 15/20 minute walk to the main square and felt safe.

Lovely stay Had a very late check in around 2am with no problem. Easy comunicación through the whats app with Hilda. Extra large rooms, comofortable, hot showers...

The hostel was very nice, close enough to the center, with hot shower and good internet. We did a tour with the agency from the hostel and was very good. Really suggested

Super good price-performance ratio! This place is great if you want some privacy and a calm stay (after partying or just because you need time for yourself). Here are mostly couples or people who travel together. Hilda, the host, is really nice and always willing to help you! She will also give you advice about what to do in Arequipa apart from the classical tours. It is a clean place and I'd recommend taking a shower I'm the small bathroom because there is hot water. I'd come back!

The staff were lovely and the beds comfy enough

This hostel is simply amazing. The room is simple, but I liked it. It was kinda cozy. Bathrooms have hot water, and you can use small kitchen. It's around a 15-minute walk to the historical center and even less to the market st. Camilo, where you can buy a lot of staff. But what is really extraordinary is the helpfulness and kindness of staff. They helped me with everything I needed and even more. Don't be afraid to organize the trips around with them. It's really worth it.

“Amazing value”

Great value for money, the double room was huge, and bed super comfortable! Hot showers. Simple kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Easy walk from the main square. The host was lovely and gave us tips on how to go to the Colca Canyon. Would stay again!
