“Great place to stay for a few days in Arequipa!”

The staff is incredibly friendly: they welcomed us with open arms, they kept our backpacks while we were travelling to Canyon del Colca, and they even let us shower the day we came back to pick up our stuff because we had to take a bus the same day.

Great location, great hosts, they let us leave our bags in the room after checkout and even let us use the room later on the day to shower etc. Shower was good with warm water, beds were fine (I have slept better, but also way worse^^) and for a good price. On saturday there was some music outside though, for quite long, so maybe not the best day if you are not a 'solid sleeper'. But overall I definitely would recommend.

Some of nicest and most caring owners I’ve ever met. I had food poisoning for a few days and they really took care of me (I couldn’t thank them enough). Family run hostel with simple facilities but it’s clean, comfy and safe - I highly recommend staying here for true Peruvian hospitality.

For us the best Hostal in Peru! Most friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the communication and they were 100% reliable. We had to get up at 3am for the colca canyon tour and they opened us the door and waited with us till we got picked up. They were always caring and asking if everything was fine. We could leave our luggage there during the trekking and a late check out was also possible. Hot shower and very good water pressure. Very clean rooms. Enough space and many possibilities to put stuff. Perfect location, we felt safe and could walk everywhere because it's located near to the city centre. There's a bakery and many shops on the same street. The nights were very quiet.

Staff were the loveliest. It's a family run place. The gentleman took me to get my shoes repaired and collected them for me, the lady was always eager to answer questions and help me out. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Location was on a street with plenty of local shops, was busy most of the time and felt safe.

Friendly kind staff who (despite our 1 night stay) looked after our bag and allowed us late check out. Comfortable cosy accomodation 5-10mins from central square on a good shopping/ food street. Room clean and spacious/ comfortable.

“Great value for a clean, comfy room”

Clean, comfortable room and charming building. Great value for money. Owners welcoming and friendly and got up very early (3am!) when we needed to leave for our tour to Colca canyon. When the bus was late they helped by calling the tour company.

“Perfect stay”

It was a perfect stay. Lovely and very friendly - really made us feel welcome on our arrival! The room was nice, good size and the shower had hot water! Location was perfect for us, 10min walk from the main plaza and there were plenty of places to eat in the local area. On the day of checkout they kindly let us stay in the room till late as our bus was at 10pm. We would definitely recommend!

The host allowed us to own the room during we were doing 3-day tour, even we didn’t pay for that 3 days. Therefore we don’t need to unpack and pack again our luggage and it is safe to store there. And as our last stay, everything is good!! We love it!!!

The host is super nice and treats us as friends, and we communicated a lot to exchange the info of Peruvian and our home country. Although the place looks old, but everything is nice and clean. Hot water was provided. The price of the room is cheap, but the service is much more than that. The hotel is close to the plaza and it is easy to find. We hope we can meet the host and her family members again one day!!!
