Nothing, I am surprised the staff didn't and couldn't speak English. Before I could even check in they tried to sell a tour. Just out to grab money. The room smelled as there was no window for ventilation. The side table was dusty so not sure how they cleaned the place. I can hear the toilet flush and there is only one toilet to share between 10 rooms.

Ideally situated with easy walking distance to old centre, museum etc and helpful receptionist.

I can absolutley recomend to stay in Casona Jerusalen. The staff is very kind and they were very attentive to our questions. The location is fantastic.

At this price point, what I'm looking for are a clean and functional room. I received just that and more. Reached checkin and was greeted warmly, getting assigned a room was smoothly done despite arriving at an odd hour, and I was issued a simple towel and bar of soap before being given my room key. Room itself was not overly large but definitely clean as is the toilet. There is no fan or a/C, though, so something to be mindful of depending on when you visit. There is a very quaint and brightly colored outside seating area which is perfect for if / when the room gets a bit claustrophobic. Also, there is a cute little bugger on the property who is easily the most hardworking fella there is. (Photo below)

Besides the location and nice terrace everything else is average o below average. It's a pitty because the old house has a lot of potential.

🚩🚩 While traveling for 6 months we did not experience this once: while cleaning the room they moved our belongings, but that was not the worst of all. They actually moved our AirPods and MacBook in the back of an drawer in the room?? So the chance is bigger that we would forget them and never get them back again?? This is the most important rule for roomcleaners: keep your hands off the belongings of your guests!! Don’t go here. Also, no hot showers, dirty rooms and rude staff.

basic accommodation but great value for money. clean and comfortable. we were 8 people. one room the shower wasn’t great but was very good in other two rooms. would recommend.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, good pricing and really friendly and helpfull personel

The room was very spacious. The personal cleaned every day and where very helpful to provide informations. The hostel is right in the city center. The location is perfect. A very good vergan restaurant is right around the corner and and placa the armas is also just a couple minutes walk.
