“Great”
Staff were nice and friendly, they let us check in 2 hours early and let us choose which side of the building we want our room. Its 5 min from the main plaza and there is a supermarket right across the street.

“Good value for money.”
Good location 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. A supermarket opposite, very handy. Fridge available in the reception area as well as tea and coffee.

I didn't like the fact that I paid extra for a bigger room and a bigger bed and got a tiny room. I reported it at the reception and the staff was surprised that Booking has such options. They accused Booking of manipulating the reservation. Zero help in arranging transport to the airport, even though it is in the room rental option.. Noise all night long .

“Very convenient to explore Arequipa”
Superb location close to the main plaza with a supermarket right opposite. . The staff very helpful Even though we arrived early they allowed luggage storage. They also organised Colca Canyon tour for us and that too was superb
