It’s pretty close to the old town, about a 15-minute walk, with very friendly people, a good breakfast, and a comfortable bed. On the day we left early in the morning for a tour and couldn’t have breakfast, they prepared light takeout breakfast packages for us - that was very kind. Thank you, we highly recommend this place.

“Good room, nice staff”

Breakfast was basic but ok. The room was very noisy with the karaoke bar neighbours.

Nice room, good breakfast, hot shower with good water pressure. The internet connection was pretty good most of the time. It's a 15 minute walk from the historical center, which we didn't mind. Nice area with shops and places to eat nearby.

It was clean and the service exceptional.

We liked the hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was clean. Breakfast was good and they offered a small lunch to take with us if we had an early tour.

We received terrible service. Our entire plan for that day was based on a trip with another couple of friends. They made a reservation — also through Booking — eight months ago. Although our friends had a valid and confirmed reservation, the hotel did not honor it without any reason, did not provide them with a room, and took no responsibility for its actions!!! Our friends had to find a hotel far away from us, which disrupted the entire plan for all of us. Take it into consideration!

“Great place to stay, relaxing & friendly staff”

The property was great, good value for money with a breakfast included. I arrived at the property at 9am and text them the day before and could check in by half past 9. A very relaxing couple of days and the staff were on hand for any questions that I had straight away!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed extra nights after Colca canyon trek. Able to store luggage whilst we were away. Breakfast was good.

“A great stay in Arequipa”

Very comfortable room and great breakfast (avena pudding, juice, bread, scrambled or cooked egg, bread, jam). The morning we left early for a tour they prepared a take-away breakfast. It is at a walkable distance from the city center. At night, they suggest to take a taxi to/from city center as some streets are not so safe. They have been very helpful with taxi from the airport!!

nice and friendly employers, but they only speak spanish. they are hardworking and always cleaning. the shower was really nice warm/hot at all times. I really liked that we had enough storage space. it is unbeatable for the price... but:

The staff was super helpful and polite. The location was really quiet and just 20 minutes walk from the City Center which did not bother us much. The breakfast was delicious and more diverse than what we had in other hotels in Peru. One of the days we had booked an early morning tour to Cañón del Colca and they offered us to have some snacks prepared instead of the breakfast, which we declined as the breakfast was already included in our tour, but it was really nice from them having this option offered. The room was clean.

Hot water in the shower. The accommodation was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, always accommodating our needs. We even had a small breakfast prepared for us at 3 a.m. when we left for a day trip. We definitely recommend it!
