“A perfect place to stay for the Copper Canyon experience”

Two of us spent 2 nights here and had a really great time. We had one of the luxury rooms with the most amazing views over Copper Canyon, and although it was a bit of a trek to climb up there, it was well worth it. The manager, George, was very friendly and attentive, and ensured that we were well looked after. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful. As a stop on the El Chepe train journey it’s to be strongly recommended.

Great location and very friendly receptionist keen to speak English. Only a few minutes from Copper Canyon adventure park. Our room was very tastefully decorated and the whole hotel was interesting.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with outstanding views. The staff went out of their way to please us. The meals were delicious with great service. Victor and Arianna were outstanding hosts.

The view from the outside of the room was lovely if you pay for the room at the very top of the hill but you can’t see the view from your bed inside the room.

“Very nice hotel with lovely staff”

Very nice hotel with a fantastic view and lovely staff. It is a kind of resort and the rooms are spread across the hillside, what you should know, if you have any kind of problems with walking. They drive you to your room by car, but the superior rooms with the fantastic canyon view can only be reached via steps. Breakfast is very rich. Tours can be booked at the reception. The staff is very friendly and keen to answer every question and support whenever they can.

It was different in a good way, built in an authentic style. our room was a separate cabin not one with a view. I explored the complex the next day & discovered a separate building on top of the canyon edge that housed a block of rooms.

Though we didn't have a view the location of this property was really good. It was an easy walk to the rim of the canyon. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I love the view and the place located in the middle of the mountain.

Breakfast was included and very good. Rooms were separate cabins that provided better isolation from other guests. The hotel grounds were extensive and very good. We did not use the facilities , but we walked around a saw that they were clean and in good condition.

There is so much to enjoy. The staff was hands-on with all your questions and needs. Exceptional view of the Canyon. Breakfast and dinners were tailored for each of us in our party to perfection. In the dining hall, there is always a warm fire to cozy up to.
