“A beautiful location, great hotel, but limited English”
Very clean, simple/rustic furniture that was in keeping with style of hotel. Everything in good working order from main spaces to room. Limited English by staff but all were friendly, helpful and went the extra step to ask about our stay and ensure we had what was needed. Breakfast was few Mexican dishes, an omelette making station, desserts and fruit - which was more than adequate!

“Absolutely lovely place”
The location is amazing and the views are incredible. It is a very special hotel and I would recommend everyone to spend a couple of days at the canyon. The cable car and zip lines are great fun and there's hiking and sightseeing all around.

“First Class Experience”
The views from the balconies are fantastic. The rooms are very quaint and the hotel is unique and charming. The bar and dining area was very comfortable for our group. Our group had a fantastic time.

“Cash grab hotel !”
We were picked up at the EL Chepe Express RR station and driven to the hotel. Check in was easy, but we were given the highest furthest last room, which they changed after asking for a different room. Staff were helpful. The part we didn't like was that we felt we were held captive to this hotels services. No other options. Eg: dinner was fixed price, fixed 3 course meal, no menu, and the same for breakfast. No free wifi, must pay for each device even in the lobby. Ride to catch a bus the following day was only by their van. No other option, we felt it was a " cash grab" by this hotel. If they want to operate as a tour bus hotel then don't take separate travellers. Bus drivers were very helpful.

“Unforgettable Views and Experience”
Location is unbeatable - the most incredible views over the canyon The staff were fantastic- friendly and helpful Buffet Breakfast included was great Very picturesque all round!
