We have appreciated the easy access, the friendly welcome and the warm-hearted host! The breakfast was excellent in the great restaurant aerea. The host is professional, speaks several languages and is peaceful. The wine list belongs to the best I have seen in locals like that! Fully recomendable! We will come back if we look for accommodation.

“A lovely stay, made spectacular by the customer service!”
A wonderful stay - Davide and his team go above and beyond and are incredibly friendly. Breakfast is lovely and the restaurant is beautiful inside, and it serves fantastic food and a huge range of wine. I struggle with dairy and I was talked through the menu which was very appreciated. The room is quiet, bright, with a nice balcony - and came with everything I needed. David gave me advice on where to go and was always incredibly helpful!

Spacious apartment with A/c but only in the living room, not th bedroom. Excellent Italia breakfast, great, passionate host. Old building with Italian features and very high ceilings, made the space even more spacious.

“Hospitable and welcoming host.”
Davide was a fantastic host. Met us when we arrived and showed us where things were. Room is large with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. Shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was croissant, bread and yogurt which is served in the bistrot.

The room and the bathroom were simple but very clean and well maintained. A nice balcony is also available. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Host and staff are very friendly and do their best for a pleasant stay. We really recommend the place for overnight stays.

“Perfect little B&B”
the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money

Very welcoming owner. We arrived late and he was perfect with that. Very friendly. The room is comfortable, the bar the owner has looks good. We were however only on a one night stop: arrived late and left early.

“what is the meaning to write a special requirement if you can get it guaranteed. At least when the hotel confirms my boo”
Very bad experience with Tui Beds! I have booked this hotel about a month ago. I wrote clearly on the special requirement that I need a quiet room. But when we arrived the hotel around 13:00 (lunch period time), they gave us exactly the very noisy room, which is next to the kitchen. It is not possible to have a rest with such big noise. So we tried to communicate with the owner, but he couldn’t change us to another quiet room since they have only 3 rooms, the other 2 rooms have already occupied. We also tried to communicate with booking.com, but booking.com pushed us back to the owner again. I talked with the owner again, he finally agree to give only half of my payment back. We decide anyway to leave the hotel immediately since the owner said the noise will be finished around 1:00 o’clock at dinner period.
