Definition of perfect accommodation. 100% recommend.

This was probably the most beautiful guesthouse I ever stayed in! Extremely charming, family owned, full of lovely cozy details that made this stay the peak of my travel! Not to mention they prepared a fingerlicking good traditional Armenian dinner, and a breakfast. I was honored to stay here. gem and a beautiful place and its people! Ten stars (five is not enough, haha)!

The wonderfully warm welcome, and offer of tea/coffee on arrival was a nice touch after a long drive. The dinner, for an extra fee, was a fabulous spread of homemade Armenian dishes.

Very responsive over the booking.com app. Quite certainly one of the best home stays I've ever had the chance to stay at. Not like others where the "home stay" is just a house owner renting out a room (which is perfectly fine), but the hosts at LiViTi put in a lot of effort to cater to travellers, and in a pleasant, non-overbearing way. On my check-out day I was going to leave the accommodation at 530AM and past by town around 1pm, but they very kindly offered to store my luggage for me and even served me my "breakfast" at lunch time, because I wouldn't have had enough time to eat it in the morning! Both dinner and breakfast were superb. The interior was also very nicely decorated. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at LiViTi Gohar and Manuk were such attentive hosts who made sure I had a pleasant stay. It started with a welcoming plate of fresh fruit and ended with them calling the Marshrutka to come pick me up with many special moments In between.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast tasty and enough to last until late lunch. The hosts are really friendly and polite

The host is extremely helpful and polite. We felt very welcomed for all of our stay. I definitely recommend trying the dinner with wine tasting. They make everything at home and you can feel it in every bite. The breakfasts are amazing as well.

All the family was super kind, we felt at home. Dinner was really incredible, there was a lot of food and super tasty. They offered us also 3 different kind of wines, some cognac and vodka too. There wasn't any issue with a vegeterian diet. Everythink was perfect

Gohar is a wonderful host! We felt like at home from the first step in her house. Upon our arrival she prepared the delicious dinner for us. The rooms were very cozy. The Areni area is beautiful and charming. It was the best and most memorable part of our trip to Armenia. Her daughter Liya performed some Armenian traditional songs for us. The youngest of daughters, Tina, played with our daughter. We had unforgettable moments here. I wish them all the best. ❤️ Highly recommend!

“A few days in Areni”

Nice room, super friendly host’s family. They teach my wife how to prepare a traditional Armenian cake and took us to their vintage as well. The icing on the cake was a guitar performance of one of host’s daughters. Staying there was the best what could happen to us during our stay in Armenia.

“Exceptional Armenian hospitality in a beautiful friendly village”

We loved LiViTi, we booked one night and after being there and meeting Gohar for 5 minutes decided to change our plans and stay longer. The best guesthouse we stayed in our 2 weeks in Armenia and maybe the best guesthouse we’ve ever stayed. The dinners were breakfasts were exceptional including the wide variety of home made drinks. It was like visiting family and they took us to their vineyard which was fascinating. Was a very social atmosphere and we loved meeting the other guests in the nice courtyard. They went above and beyond to help us on the day we left. You really get to experience true Armenian culture and hospitality here.

This place is great. Hosts are so friendly and welcoming with tea and fruit, the room was very comfortable. Oh and the dinner was the best I had in Armenia, sooo much food! Felt like a real treat to myself staying here.

Relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and wine. The landlady ,Gohar, is hospitable, helpful and considerate. Even from the time of reservation, she communicated promptly and warmly in excellent English. The whole family made me feel at home. It was a nice village experience . Hope to stay with them again.

Everything! Liviti guesthouse is owned by a lovely family. The place is very nice, very clean and the breakfast is delicious. In our last night we ordered a dinner prepared for the family, very tastefull. Armenian hospitality is the best.
