A very comfortable, quiet, and clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and iron. Parking is available in front of the apartment, and a well-stocked supermarket is just ten meters away. From the windows, you can see stork nests and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. A fifteen-minute drive takes you to Noravank Monastery and the best wineries in Areni. The owner is very kind, helpful, and attentive to guests' requests. He speaks all languages, using Google Translate.

Lovely clean comfortable little house. Cosy beds and nice hot shower. I particularly appreciated the washing machine and clothes airer.

The place was spotless and very nice. Everything was brand new. The communication with the owner run smoothly and he was kind enough to allow us a late check out. We would certainly recommend it!

best location near the market (big and cheap one) and pharmacy, walking distance to wine cellar and restaurant and the main road. close to Noravank monastery which is the best we visited. the nicest owner, he took us with our backpacks from the main road, he speaks fluent russian and comfortably uses translator to speak english. washing machine is provided with laundry gel and iron . nice tv and air conditioning. hot (hot!) water, stove, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. comfortable sofa. we loved everything it was cozy. we would stay again definitely. now you can see little stork from the window.

Amazing friendliness of the host who's very proactively communicating via Google Translate. The home just as nice, modern and clean as in the pictures with a fast wifi. Walking distance to many wine tasting and rustic local farm to table restaurants. Would love to return to Areni!
