“Beautiful, spacious apartment, overlooking the sea”

The property is very spacious, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, everything you need to feel like at home, and is in a very good location just few minutes from all the most amazing sights and beaches in the region. The owner was very nice and communicative and helpful. I will rebook again when I am in Sicily.

The house was nice, clean and well equipped. There were a nice big terrace. There is a beach nearby but it had some limitations.

During my two-week stay at Tiziana's vacation apartment, I felt completely comfortable. Communication with her was excellent from the start – she is extremely warm, helpful, and dedicated. I appreciated that she gave me some great excursion tips and I enjoyed our conversations. The apartment (ground floor) itself was great: spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. I missed absolutely nothing – it truly felt like home. A personal highlight for me was the perfect mattress. It may sound trivial, but it shouldn't be underestimated! The terrace was also pleasant, spacious, and ideal for relaxing in the quiet evenings. The location of the accommodation couldn't have been better. It’s on a quiet private street, just a two-minute walk from the sea. The apartment is ideally situated for day trips in the wider region. I felt in love with Ortigia/Syracuse, Noto + Modica! (Besides, for non-Sicilians with a rented car: be careful with narrow roads and unexpected deep potholes, that can be expensive. Got a crazy bill for scratches and a damaged alloy + tire (pothole) ;-( Overall, my stay was simply perfect. I can only recommend it. A big thank you to her for her wonderfully warm hospitality – I would definitely love to come back!

Very well located, 30 meters from the beach, which is yes, small, but the water is crystal clear and not suddenly deep. The apartment is spacious, I have seen some negative comments, but it lives up to the pictures, so don’t let the comments to scare you. And for this price it is a real deal! Would recommend to keep the bikes in good condition as it is an amazing are for cycling.

It’s clean and the owner was really helpful and kind. She immediately came to help us when we needed help and we appreciate it a lot.

- Very nice and accommodating hosts who allowed us to stay a bit longer than usual since the next guests were arriving the following day. - Great little beach with wonderful water just 200 meters from the accommodation – during the off-season, it's also very quiet. - Very well-equipped kitchen and we were allowed to take the sun loungers to the beach.

Great view, large terrace, close to the sea, quiet area, there is everything needed in the apartment for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time! The apartment had everything we needed: spacious fully equipped kitchen, instant hot water and good water pressure, comfortable beds, great couch, large TV, a nice and spacious balcony with sea view. Location just a few steps from the sea. Communication with the landlord was great!

It’s a nice, big apartment really close to the sea. It is located in a very quite neighborhood. To enjoy your vacation you need to get some food in advance and store it in the fridge. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The owner is really helpful and caring! Highly recommend!
