I paid for the stay and the gentleman who manages that apartment demanded another 700 crowns and I transferred it to him after he texted me on my number to ask for another 1500 cleaning fee

“Perfect place for reasonable price- highly recommend!!!”
It was our second stay at the same place (previously we've rented the smaller apartment). The value for the money is just undeniable- the house is located in a very nice neighbourhood (a bit further from city centre though), it's equipped with everything you might need (towels, bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, kitchen equipment, etc). Additionally, it's very quiet and pleasant location next to a pear, so in summer it must be amazing to stay there and enjoy some nice views from the terrace :-)

“Satisfied with our stay”
Nice location, clean and nice beds. Furniture maybe a little overdue and the kitchen would gain a lot of changing or fixing the doors. Tipical kind of a rental apartment. Overall satisfied with the stay and the service from the owner. Most probably looks much better summertime when you can enjoy the terrace.

This is a very Nice apartment, close to the city centre of Arendal (ça. 10 minutes walking). The apartment is spacious and well equiped. There is free parking on site.

Apartment is excellent. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you'd need. Great communication from the owners from the start and they were very helpful. Great location and just a short wall to town. Would definitely stay here again
