Very cosy and comfortable. It was a great base for us to explore the Picos de Europa. The Staff were very helpful storing our luggage while we went off hiking for 5 days - and even helped with return of boots when we accidentally left then behind. Overall excellent stay. Thank you so much .

“Great base in Arenas de Cabrales”
Great location in the middle of the town, so restaurants, stores etc are within easy walking distance. Very close to hikes in the area We were given a room in the annex - we were worried at first given some of the reviews, but it was actually good. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Also, the parking is in the underground level of the annex, so it was convenient to go directly from our room to the parking via the elevator. The staff were also very friendly, and made sure we were happy with our room. Breakfast was also good and filling ahead of our hike.

What makes this hotel so great is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They will do their best to look out for you. In general the whole town is like this. Very decent people. I had the best holiday here and I only wish I stayed longer.

My room was enormous and with a good view. A kitchenette is available, all squeaky clean. Had only 1 night before getting deeper into Picos de Europa, but will definitely stay longer next time

All the staff were fantastic, really friendly. Clean, comfy room with a stunning view from the balcony. Location was perfect for all the bars and restaurants. Great breakfast too.
